Can anyone tell me how to make/load an animated icon?  I've seen them all over the place but can't figure out how to animate something that meets the requirements of the userpics being jpg or similar.  I admit I'm a moron with these things, but I can usually pick up on them quickly.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yay for broadband! And I'll have to check out the freeware this weekend. The other program that was rec'd to me builds it frame by frame but that's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!
